We Mirai, strive to give you the best shopping experience possible. However, considering that once opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange once sold or delivered.

In case of damage or quality issue with the product, we can only exchange the product if reported within the specified timeline as mentioned below:

• Mirai is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application of the products.
• No Refund shall be made once goods are used.
• All our products are made using safe ingredients. However, customers are requested to do a patch test before they use the product and if any irritation or red patches appear, they are advised to discontinue use of the products.
• These products being natural products, are likely to react to environmental factors like heat, cold etc and may either solidify or become liquid. Though we take utmost care, these are factors can be beyond our control. Although the efficacy of the product remains same and is usable.
• Mirai will be revising the product packaging/ containers etc from time to time to keep pace with the changing times. While we will keep updating the same on a regular basis, sometimes there could be a lag because of which you can get an updated/ higher version product even before it is updated in the site.
• Animal testing: some of our products alone are vegan (see ingredient lists to verify) and none are tested on animals.
• Once an order is shipped, an order cannot be cancelled once it is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Modification of Orders - An order cannot be modified once it is placed an order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGE POLICY: All the products are sold under the strict policy of No returns - No Exchange for any reason whatsoever. Customers are requested to use their due diligence in selecting the appropriate products which in their opinion is best suited to them. MIRAI will not be able to accept any returns / exchange based on perception or they do not like the product or for any other reason. Hence customers are requested to take an informed decision before buying the products.
• If any customer has a pre-existing condition or known allergy etc, please use the products only in consultation/supervision of a qualified medial practitioner. Mirai will not be responsible for any deviation from this process.

• All domestic orders are processed within 2 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays).
• Domestic Delivery of the order may be within 4-8 business days.

May take 2 to 5 days extra for remote locations.

• International orders – All International orders are processed within 3 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days depending on the country and location.

• Your shipment could be subject to Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on arrival in the destination country.
• Check the tentative Customs Duty Charge / Import Duty / Other applicable government taxes on the respective government portals.
• Before placing the order, kindly check the cosmetic laws and regulations established by the local government in your country.
• These charges will have to be borne by the customer. MIRAI is not liable to pay them under any circumstances.
• The shipping charges mentioned in the total order value does not include these charges.
• If the customer refuses to pay the liable shipment custom charges upon its arrival in the destination country the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.
