  • What if an item is out of stock?
    If you see your desired product out of stock online, feel free to call us and enquire about the same, we will be happy to assist you and make sure you get what you want.
  • Do I have to have an account to place an order?
    No, you can place an order using guest checkout.
  • What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    If you cannot make an online payment for any reason, you can use our COD facility which allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery to your shipping address.
  • Can you ship the products to an address that is different from my billing address?
    Yes, we can do this by filling in your address as the 'Billing address', and the address you wish to ship it to, as the 'Shipping address'.
  • What measures are taken to make sure the products are delivered undamaged?
    We, MIRAI are customer dedicated. To ensure you get your order safe we cushion each product with only recyclable liners and pack them in sturdy box, seal them thoroughly and ship. Furthermore, less than 1% of our products we ship in a year are returned to us as damaged.
  • How Can I track my order?
    We dispatch most orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched you will get an email with tracking details of your shipment.
  • By when can I expect delivery of my order?
    While we try our best to deliver your order at the earliest, we request you to be patient with delays in case of remote location or due to uncertain natural conditions. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering your order as soon as possible. · Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 2 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 4-8 business days. We offer free shipping for all orders of value of Rs.3000 and above · International orders – All International orders are processed within 3 business days (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days depending on the country and location. We offer free international shipping for all orders of value Rs. 10000 and above.
  • Can I place orders on Phone call or WhatsApp?
    Yes, we are happy to take your order over the telephone or via WhatsApp. You can reach us on +919552567410 (available on WhatsApp and Call) where we will be happy to help you.
  • How do I know that my order is confirmed?
    For all pre-paid orders, the confirmation status will be Emailed. If your chosen mode of payment is COD, you will get a call from a MIRAI representative, on your registered contact number, requiring you to confirm the order. Once you have confirmed the same, the order will be processed immediately.
  • How do I make changes to my order?
    You cannot modify the order once confirmed. You can either cancel the order before it is shipped and place a new order with your desired changes.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Once order confirmed you can cancel it within 24 hours or before it is dispatched from our warehouse by calling us to our customer care number between 10.00 to 17:00.
